First was found at Port of Counan on 21st July 2006 during a 'Grey Gaggers' Moth Group field meeting.
Other sites: Lady Bay on Loch Ryan.
 
Life cycle
Univoltine. Mine season is during July to September.
 
Larval foodplants
Blackthorn and Wild Plum.
