First for Dumfries & Galloway was found at Longbridge Muir on 25th June 1977 by Sir Arthur Duncan, specimen at National Museums Scotland.
Other sites: Castle Loch at Lochmaben, Castle Wood at Caerlaverock, Dalswinton, Glencaple, Hightae Mill Loch, Holmhead on Lochar Moss, Langyards Wood, Lochwood Oaks

Other sites: Barnshalloch, Birch Hill Wood, Castramont Wood SWT, Craigend in Mabie Forest, Gibb's Hole Wood, Henryshill Plantation, Lochaber Loch, Rockcliffe, Upper Clifton.
