First for Dumfries & Galloway was found at Castlehill in Kirkmahoe parish on 21st July 1979 by Sir Arthur Duncan, specimen at National Museums Scotland.
Other sites: Connansknowe at Kirkton, Courance.

First was found at Carsfad near Dalry on 15th June 1996.
Other sites: Auchenshore on Auchencairn Bay, Balmaclellan, Glenlee, Ken-Dee Marshes RSPB, Mersehead RSPB, Mullock Bay, Sandgreen.
