Other sites: Blawbare at Closeburn, Bowhousepark, Castlehill in Kirkmahoe parish, Connansknowe near Kirkton, Dornockbrow, Glencaple, Heathhall Plantation, Holywood, Locharbriggs, Moffat.

First for Dumfries & Galloway was found at The Criffel on 27th August 1977 by Sir Arthur Duncan, specimen at National Museums Scotland.
Other sites: Airie Farm near Mossdale, Auchenshore on Auchencairn Bay, Bargrug, Carsfad near Dalry, Carsluith, Clifton, Dalbeattie, East Barcloy, Mersehead RSPB, Milton, Minnigaff, Sandgreen, St John's Town of Dalry

First for Dumfries & Galloway was found at Killantringan Lighthouse on 18th August 1914 by D. A. Mowat the keeper.
