First was recorded at Caerlaverock WWT on 11th September 2015.

First was found at Bargaly Lodge on 29th September 1992.
Other sites: Auchenshore on Auchencairn Bay, Carsluith, Mersehead RSPB, Milton, Mullock Bay.

First for Dumfries & Galloway was found at Killantringan Lighthouse on 18th August 1914 by D. A. Mowat the keeper.
Other sites: Cardryne near Drummore, Chapel Finian, Cutcloy, Dunskey Estate near Portpatrick, Maryport, Torrs Warren.
