First for Dumfries & Galloway was found at Malice in Dumfries on 14th April 1876 by Robert Service.
Other sites: Castle Wood at Caerlaverock, Castlehill in Kirkmahoe parish, Closeburn, Connansknowe near Kirkton, Courance, Eskrigg NR at Lockerbie, Holmhead on Lochar Moss, Langholm, Maxwelton Mains, Newlands, Tynron.

First was found at Auchenfad on 13th April 1980 by Sir Arthur Duncan, specimen at National Museums Scotland.
Other sites: Auchenshore on Auchencairn Bay, Carsfad near Dalry, Carsluith, Echobank Oaks, Glenlee, Ken-Dee Marshes RSPB, Minnigaff, Old Torr, Red Haven Bay, Sandgreen, Wood of Cree.
