First for Dumfries & Galloway was found at Closeburn on 3rd August 1970 by Sir Arthur Duncan, specimen at National Museums Scotland.
Other sites: Castlehill in Kirkmahoe parish, Heathhall Plantation, Hightae Mill Loch, Kelhead Flow LWS, Kelhead Moss Plantation, Lochwood Oaks, Perchhall Loch SSSI.

Firstw as found at Kirkconnell on 4th August 1976 by Sir Arthur Duncan, specimen at National Museums Scotland.
Other sites: Auchenshore on Auchencairn Bay, Carsfad near Dalry, Carsluith, Laurieston Forest, Old Torr, Palnackie, Red Haven Bay, Threave Estate, Wood of Cree.
