First was found at Locharbriggs on 23rd May 1983 by Sir Arthur Duncan, specimen at National Museums Scotland.
Other sites: Caerlaverock WWT.

First for Dumfries & Galloway was was found at Abbey Burn Foot on 30th May 1965 by E. C. Pelham-Clinton.
Other sites: Auchenshore on Auchencairn Bay, Mersehead RSPB Reserve, Mullock Bay.

First was found at Portpatrick on 21st August 1990.
Other sites: Airyolland Lodge on Luce Bay, Changue Heugh, West Barr.
