First was found at Castle Wood by Caerlaverock Castle on 8th October 2010 during a 'Grey Daggers' Moth Group field meeting.
Other sites: Courance.
 
VC73
The MOGBI distribution map records it for the VC without further details sometime between 1961-2001. The first confirmed for Dumfries & Galloway was found at Torrs Heughs at Sandyhills on 10th October 1999.
Other sites: Castramont Wood SWT, Sandgreen.

First was found at Garheugh on 25th September 2000.
Other sites: Cardryne near Drummore, Lady Bay at Loch Ryan.
