First for Dumfries & Galloway was found at Closeburn on 26th June 1943 by F. W. Smith.
Other sites: Caerlaverock WWT, Connansknowe near Kirkton, Courance, Craigieburn, Glencaple, Tarras Water at Rashiel.

First was found at Southwick Burn Wood on 9th July 1996.
Other sites: Auchenlosh Bog, Auchenshore on Auchencairn Bay, Bennan Hill, near Mossdale, Carsfad near Dalry, Carsluith, Clonyard, Cree Wood, Dalbeattie, Glentrool Forest, High Camer Wood, Laurieston Forest, Lochaber Loch, Old Torr, Palnackie, Southwick Coast SWT, Wood of Cree RSPB.

First was found at The Forest in late June 1989 by E. F. Hancock.
Other sites: Airyolland Lodge on Luce Bay, Barsalloch Point, Brig End in Cree Valley, Chapel Finian, Corsewall Point, Dranigower near New Luce, Garheugh, Port of Counan, Three Lochs near New Luce.
